The Nutritionist will also be responsible for training the restaurant team, following the guidelines of the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual (MBPF), in order to ensure that operational and safety procedures are followed correctly.
Inventory management and purchasing control are also part of the job's duties, with the use of systems such as SAP to create and track orders.
