Requirements for job vacancies at Oceânica

Responsibilities

The Logistics Assistant at Oceânica will play a crucial role in the company's day-to-day operations, being responsible for several activities that are essential for the smooth running of operations.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials and personnel, as well as issuing RT in SAP for material movements, transshipments and shipments.

The position also requires negotiation with inspectors and Geplat of vessels and maritime units, in addition to intervention in PLSV controls and maritime and air support for RT programming.

The Logistics Assistant will also be responsible for controlling the invoices from Oceânica and Petrobras, in addition to supporting the issuance of invoices in accordance with Petrobras' requirements.

Another important aspect of the position's responsibilities is the control of container documents and certificates, both for Oceânica and Petrobras.

The Logistics Assistant will also be responsible for controlling waste and effluent disposal, as well as the logistics of materials related to shipments to other Petrobras bases and the CRD.
