In my opinion, remote work is the biggest change of recent times and it is here to stay. Because it meets the needs of both companies and employees.

I believe that remote work is here to stay, with reduced expenses for companies such as rent, electricity, transportation costs, among others. Not to mention the decentralization of thousands of people in large centers, which will positively impact traffic and the stress of time wasted on commutes, not to mention that it has already been proven that with remote work, professionals are performing better. And the most incredible thing is to assemble a team from different places.

I believe that the pandemic only advanced this new work model.
