Report with a very low technical level, generating misinterpretations, especially regarding the safety of the cables. Before writing such an article, the reporter could have heard both sides and not just taken as a reference a representative of the telecommunications sector who clearly has a conflict of interest. The issue of water security, which is a major issue in the state of Ceará, should have been addressed in more depth. Desalination is a process widely used worldwide and does not pose any risks to the environment.

I thought they had already reached an agreement and the new location chosen does not pose a risk to the submarine cables. The reporter really should hear the opinions of both parties.

Of course it will cause a big problem, this can only be a crazy idea.
Authorities and everyone involved are clueless or there are hidden interests.
