What will you do?
Como Junior Customer Success Analyst, you will be the key person for our clients' first 90 days on the Astrea platform. Your main responsibilities include:

Requirements and qualifications

· Experience: Prior knowledge in Customer Success, especially onboarding, and familiarity with SaaS companies.
