How does specialization work?
The course will be offered 100% online, through Moodle platform, without the need for face-to-face meetings.
Students will have classes synchronous and asynchronous, allowing flexibility so that they can study at their own pace.
The total duration is 18 months, with a workload of 360 hours, and, at the end, participants must present a Undergraduate Research (CBT) to obtain the certificate.
What is the aim of the course?
Specialization seeks qualify professionals who already work or intend to join the Professional and Technological Education.
In addition to improving teaching skills, the course also encourages research in the area of distance learning, expanding the skills of teachers to work in educational and technological institutions.
How many vacancies are available?
IFAC has made available 150 vacancies, distributed across five different hubs in the state of Acre: Rio Branco, Cruzeiro do Sul, Tarauacá, Sena Madureira and Xapuri. The vacancies are divided as follows:
- 70% for broad competition;
- 5% reserved for people with disabilities (PCD);
- 25% allocated to candidates who self-declare as black, brown, indigenous or quilombolaaccording to Affirmative Action Policy of IFAC.
Who can apply?
To participate in the selection, the candidate must meet the following requirements:
- obtain higher education diploma;
- Reside in state of Acre;
- Subscribe according to the rules of affirmative actions, if you choose this option;
- Prove experience in the area of Basic or Professional and Technological Education, if applicable.
How will the selection process be?
Candidates will be evaluated based on two main criteria:
- Correct delivery of required documentation;
- Classification according to professional experience in basic education or EPT.
In case of a tie, the following tiebreaker factors will be considered:
- Longest time working in the educational field;
- Highest score in professional experience;
- Candidate's age of majority.
