Professional career of José Cunha

He then occupied management positions, culminating in the position of executive director, where he leads the areas of Certifications, as well as Health, Safety and Environment.

José Cunha, who held the position of general director of operations in Uruguay and Paraguay, now heads the Industry and Energy leadership of the region, which also includes Brazil. Graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Mauá Institute of Technology (IMT), Cunha has a postgraduate degree in Competitiveness Management in Oil and Gas, in addition to an MBA in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
