All renovations were carried out based on the contract signed between CCR Airports and National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC).

The company took over the management of Joinville airport in March 2022, with the responsibility of modernize and maintain the terminal in full operation.

Even during renovations, the airport continued operating normally, without interruptions in air operations.
