Last Thursday, (13/02), the project for the installation of a new shoe factory in the municipality of Cariré, in Ceará, was presented. The investment, which totals R$ 40 million, will be used to build a footwear factory for NKS Vulcanizados, which is expected to create around 1.200 direct jobs in the region.
The project was presented to the State Secretary of Economic Development, Domingos Filho, when the impact that a shoe factory would have on the region was planned. With this new venture, the local economy will be boosted and the industrial sector of Ceará will be further strengthened.

Secretary Domingos Filho highlighted the importance of this new venture for the economic development of Ceará, especially with regard to the generation of jobs and the strengthening of local industry.
In addition to the 1.200 direct jobs that the footwear factory will create, the installation of NKS Vulcanizados will contribute to increasing the income of the local population, generating new businesses and expanding job opportunities in the region.
