The Ternium steelworks Trainee Program, which admits young graduates, will take place in the municipality of Santa Cruz, in the state of Rio de Janeiro

The Global Trainee program is structured and seeks to develop recent graduates to become future leaders in the steel industry. The trainee program has a training plan aimed at boosting the skills needed to advance in the career. Trainee vacancies appear every year, so the selection process is open. The steel company recruits recent graduates through open opportunities.

The program lasts for two years and will give recent graduates the opportunity to participate in a rotation process, which will allow them to get to know the steelworks' various operating units in Brazil and abroad. During the training, the selected recent graduates spend a week outside Brazil, when they have the opportunity to meet other trainees and live new experiences. There are vacancies for several careers in the steel industry, mainly related to engineering.

The steel company is looking for recent graduates, who have completed graduation between 2019 and 2022 and are available to work in person in Santa Cruz (RJ), with training in: Administration, Accounting, Social Communication, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering in General, Psychology, Publicity and Propaganda, Information Systems and related areas, who can work both in person and in the Home Office modality and have advanced knowledge of English.

 Recent graduates approved throughout the stages will receive a communication from the steel company by email, through a profile adhering to the open position.

The Ternium steelworks trainee program consists of several stages, namely: Curriculum Screening; Online Tests – Gamification; Video Interview; Group dynamic; Marry; English test; Interview with Management; Medical exam; Admission.
