Main responsibilities
O Analyst The Pre-Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in the interface between the technical team and the customers, ensuring that the proposed solutions meet the specific needs of each project. The main activities include:

- Infrastructure data collection: Analyze information about customer hardware, software, and networks to plan effective solutions.
