Main responsibilities
O Analyst The Pre-Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in the interface between the technical team and the customers, ensuring that the proposed solutions meet the specific needs of each project. The main activities include:
- Technical assessments: Assess customer needs and propose appropriate solutions using Cisco technologies.
- Infrastructure data collection: Analyze information about customer hardware, software, and networks to plan effective solutions.
- Elaboration of technical reports: Document findings during assessments and provide detailed recommendations.
- Cisco Product and Solution Demos: Prepare and present customized solutions for clients.
- Installation and configuration of network equipment: Install routers, switches, access points and firewalls, ensuring the full functioning of the solutions.

I would like to see home office vacancies for people who do not have much experience or education but who have the desire and time to engage and improve in whatever is offered.
