The construction of the Senna Tower, with more than Meters 500, marks a new level in the Brazilian and global real estate sector.

The project is ambitious and already raises expectations for the future of Balneário Camboriú, which is already known for having the tallest buildings in Brazil, such as the Yachthouse Residence Club and the One Tower.

The project is expected to start in the second half of 2025, with an estimated deadline of up to 10 years to be completed.

A masterpiece in homage to Ayrton Senna

Name Senna Tower was not chosen by chance. The construction has as a partner Senna brand, created to honor the legacy of the three-time Formula 1 world champion.

Bianca Senna, president of the company that manages Ayrton Senna's brands, in an interview with the newspaper Folha de S. Paulo, stated that the building symbolizes “the spirit of Ayrton materialized in an architectural masterpiece”.

The tower will feature areas dedicated to honoring the pilot, including a immersive space with exhibitions about his career, attracting admirers of the sporting icon from all over the world.

In addition to being an architectural landmark, the building will also be a symbol of luxury and exclusivity. It will house 228 units residential, including 18 hanging mansions up to 563 m² and four duplex penthouses of 600 m². For those looking for the top of the world, the two triplex penthouses will have impressive 903 m².

Economic impact and job creation

The grandeur of the project does not stop at the architecture. According to FG Empreendimentos, the construction of Senna Tower will have a significant economic impact on the region.

It is estimated that more than 5.000 direct and indirect jobs will be created over the 10 years of construction, involving everything from construction workers to sectors such as services, logistics and tourism.

The expectation is that Senna Tower attract investments from both national and international buyers, due to the prestige of the Senna Brand and the worldwide prominence that the work is gaining.

Also, with more than 6.000 m² of leisure areas, including six private leisure floors and a exclusive rooftop, the tower promises to offer an unparalleled luxury experience.

Licenses and approval of the work

FG Empreendimentos, which has already signed 8 of the 10 largest buildings in Brazil, confirmed that the work already has all the necessary licenses to begin.

O EIV (Neighborhood Impact Study) and LAI (Environmental Implementation License) have already been approved, in addition to the approval of the city of Balneário Camboriú.

The next step will be the official launch, which is scheduled for the last quarter of 2024, at which point final details such as the exact number of floors will be announced.

The project, which is already one of the most talked about in the global real estate sector, will also feature leisure areas open to the public, with emphasis on high-quality cuisine and entertainment spaces.

The rooftop, in turn, will be reserved exclusively for residents, ensuring privacy and exclusivity.

Partnership with Luciano Hang and investments in the future

The construction of the Senna Tower will be financed in partnership with Hang Family, from the owners of the retailer Havan, which will invest together with FG Empreendimentos.

FG, which has already delivered 63 mega projects and has the largest landbank in the region, plans a VGV (Gross Sales Value) de 100 billion reais in future projects, which demonstrates the continued impact the company will have on the local and national economy.

With 15 mega works in progress and a goal of 2,1 billion reais in VGV for 2024, FG shows no signs of slowing down. The construction of the Senna Tower It is just the beginning of a new era for civil construction in Brazil.

The arrival of this project undoubtedly positions Brazil in a prominent position on the world stage. Balneário Camboriú, already known as the “Brazilian Dubai”, will have its status elevated to another level with the construction of the largest residential building in the world.
