Selection process is external and also for company employees and vacancies are for professionals with technical training in the area

On June 26, Usina São Paulo Da Mata started a selection process to hire an Occupational Nursing Technician. The announcement was made by the company itself on its social networks and the process also applies to company employees.
Founded in May 2006, with the merger of the economic groups AGP Negócios e Participações S/A and Brasif Fundo de Investimento e Participações, Da Mata has been operating since 2008, with sugarcane planting and grinding activities, sugar manufacturing , ethanol, yeast and power generation.

Da Mata generates approximately 1.900 direct jobs and 5.000 indirect jobs, offering job opportunities and growth not only to the Municipality of Valparaíso – SP, but also to the entire region. The company registered records in operating results, processing more than 3,1 million tons of sugarcane and already has a crushing projection of more than 3,6 million tons.

Internal / External Recruitment for Occupational Nursing Technicians

  • Description of activities: Measurement of vital signs; Anthropometric data; Performing dressings; Emergency Services; Release of Medical Certificates; Attendance Report; Carrying out sector visits and DDS (Daily Health Dialogue); Nursing Guidelines; Absenteeism spreadsheet control, PCMSO (Occupational Health Medical Control Program); Monitoring in cases of accidents at work, medical certificates, hospitalizations; Integration of new employees; Employee health monitoring in the work area (internal = company and external = field).
  • Mandatory techniques: Knowledge in the Occupational Health Medical Control Program, skill in urgent, emergency, care and occupational care, knowing how to prepare and feed data spreadsheets, organization of activities, comply with the proposed schedule, basic knowledge in computers (Office package).
  • Formation: School/Technical/Superior; Mandatory: Technical Training in Nursing; Desirable: Technical Certification in Occupational Nursing.
  • Mandatory: Occupational experience.
  • Desirables: Skill in Occupational Health routine.
