Oil workers massively reject the PLR proposal by Petrobras and other subsidiaries, which refers to the financial year next year (2021), with payment set for mid-2022.
In all, 7 meetings were held with Petrobras managers and subsidiaries, the FUP renewed that the rules of the PLR must meet all oil workers, regardless of what position or function they occupy, and the company in which they work in the System .
No devaluation of assets at Petrobras
The union representations also demanded that there be no deficit in the devaluation of assets, in the indicators used, and that the PLR has a fund so that the results built collectively are distributed as equally as possible among the oil workers, without having the main focus only on remuneration individually, as Petrobras management wants.

FNP rejects proposal and claims new union
The National Federation of Oil Workers – FPN refused Petrobras' proposal, and makes a claim for a new union with the state-owned company, in order to present a new counter-proposal that defines indicators for the payment of the PLR.
