The opportunity, announced this Thursday (10/09/2025), is for in-person work in Rio de Janeiro (RJ) and applications can be submitted until December 8, 2025.

The position is permanent and aimed at experienced professionals who wish to work on offshore units.

The selection seeks a technical and leadership profile, capable of conducting safe and efficient operations on the company's platforms.

PRIO emphasizes that the objective of the contract is to strengthen its maritime operations, maintaining a focus on safety, efficiency, and innovation — pillars that support the company's growth in the oil and gas sector.

What does an Offshore Installation Manager do at PRIO?

The selected professional will be responsible for leading the entire onboard operation, being the highest authority on board.

Its responsibilities include ensuring the integrity of people, assets and the environment, as well as compliance with national and international regulatory and environmental standards.

Additionally, the Offshore Installation Manager must translate the company's strategic guidelines into operational plans, oversee areas such as production, maintenance, logistics, and emergency response, and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure operational continuity.
