The professional who assumes this position will have as main responsibility provide theoretical and practical training on regulatory standards for occupational safety.

The contract is monthly, with an indefinite term, and working hours vary between morning and afternoon shifts, depending on the unit's demand.
In addition, the position requires flexibility for travel within region of São José/SC and surroundings, meeting the training needs of other Sesi units.
Selection process steps
Candidates must follow a rigorous selection process, consisting of Six steps:
Registration fee: Interested parties should register between 17/02/2025 e 23/02/2025. After registration, it is necessary to confirm participation via email.
Cultural FIT Test: In the days 24/02/2025 e 25/02/2025, an assessment of compatibility with the institution's culture will be carried out.
Curriculum assessment: The result will be announced in 26/02/2025. Candidates who do not achieve the minimum score may be eliminated.
Document analysis: Between 27/02/2025 e 28/02/2025, candidates must submit supporting documents, such as ID, driver's license and training certificates.
Practical assessment – Test class: Em 05/03/2025, candidates must give a test class to an evaluation panel, with criteria such as planning, interaction with students and use of technology being analyzed.
Final result: Those approved will be announced in 06/03/2025 and will move on to the integration stages with the team.
