Selection process steps
Candidates must follow a rigorous selection process, consisting of Six steps:

Cultural FIT Test: In the days 24/02/2025 e 25/02/2025, an assessment of compatibility with the institution's culture will be carried out.
Curriculum assessment: The result will be announced in 26/02/2025. Candidates who do not achieve the minimum score may be eliminated.
Document analysis: Between 27/02/2025 e 28/02/2025, candidates must submit supporting documents, such as ID, driver's license and training certificates.
Practical assessment – Test class: Em 05/03/2025, candidates must give a test class to an evaluation panel, with criteria such as planning, interaction with students and use of technology being analyzed.
Final result: Those approved will be announced in 06/03/2025 and will move on to the integration stages with the team.
