In 2024, Schneider Electric was selected among the 125 best companies to work for, according to a survey conducted by the renowned consultancy Great Place to Work. International Recognition
Schneider Electric, a global leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, was recognized, for the second consecutive year, as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Latin America™ 2024, reaching 21st position among 125 organizations. The list was drawn up based on a survey of almost 2,2 million professionals in Latin America, carried out by Great Place to Work® (GPTW). A market study of more than 5 employees from South America, Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean revealed that six in ten workers are excited about using AI tools at work, but only three in ten say their employer is investing in training them to use this technology. However, companies on the list generally overcome this gap, with 89% of their employees having access to training, compared to 59% of other Latin American companies.
