What is the ALI program?
O Local Innovation Agents Program (ALI) is an initiative created to train selected scholarship holders who will act as consultants to improve the management of micro and small businesses.
The mission is clear: to identify specific needs and offer customized solutions, whether for urban or rural companies.
The program has two modalities:
- ALI Productivity: Focused on serving micro and small businesses in various areas of management and technology.
- ALI Rural: Aimed at small rural producers and agribusinesses.
The selected professionals will have the chance to apply methodologies developed by Sebrae-SP, in addition to receiving an attractive scholarship.
Job details and remuneration
The program offers salaries ranging from R$5 to R$6,5, depending on the role and project. Here’s how the opportunities are distributed:
Vacancies with remuneration of R$ 6,5 thousand
- ALI Productivity: 20 vacancies to start in March 2026 + 80 for reserve registration.
- ALI Rural: 10 vacancies to start in June 2026 + 40 for reserve registration.
Vacancies with remuneration of R$ 5 thousand
- ALI Productivity: 400 vacancies for immediate start + 1.600 for reserve registration.
- ALI Rural: 200 vacancies to start in August 2025 + 800 for reserve registration.
In total, they are 2.520 vacancies for reserve registration throughout the state of São Paulo, in addition to the 630 immediate start opportunities.
Who can apply?
Prerequisites vary depending on the project:
- ALI Productivity: Completed degree in areas such as management, engineering, information technology, data, among others.
- ALI Rural: Degree in agribusiness, agriculture or related areas.
Registration for ALI Productivity is open until 7 January 2025, while those at ALI Rural remain open until 24 January 2025.
How does the selection process work?
Sebrae adopts a rigorous selection process divided into three stages:
- Knowledge Assessment and Writing Test.
- Documentary Proof.
- Interview.
The final results will be released on different dates:
- February 25, 2025 for ALI Productivity.
- March 31th, 2025 for the Rural ALI.
