Senac University Center – Santo Amaro Campus has open positions for the position of Technical Administrative Agent II, Educational Secretary Assistant role. 

Exclusively for people with disabilities, the opportunity offers a salary of R$3.774,00, a 40-hour workweek and attractive benefits. Applications are now open and will run until December 16, 2024.

The professionals hired will work directly in the enrollment process and in the management of academic documentation for higher education courses, including undergraduate, university extension and postgraduate courses.

The vacancy is intended for candidates with experience in academic or school secretariat, as well as knowledge of document checking and the Office package.

Main activities of the position:

  • Internal and external customer service, in person and via email;
  • Monitoring the enrollment process and checking academic documentation;
  • Updating information in the system and supporting students during the enrollment process;
  • Organization of files and issuing of documents;
  • Interface with administrative teams and teaching directorate.
