Mining company Vale, in collaboration with the National Industrial Training Service of Rio de Janeiro (Senai-RJ), opened registrations for completely free professional qualification courses. Opportunities are available for those who want to improve their skills in specific areas.
In total, 50 places are offered, divided between the Digital Marketing Assistant and Entrepreneurship and Innovation courses, with 25 places for each. The free courses are intended for residents of the Mangaratiba region, located on the state's Costa Verde.
Who can participate in free Senai courses?
To enroll in free courses For the Digital Marketing Assistant course, candidates must be over 18 years old, reside in Mangaratiba and have completed at least the 1st year of high school. In the case of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation course, candidates must have completed at least the 7th year of elementary school.

What will students learn?
In the Digital Marketing Assistant course, participants will learn how to develop strategies, plan campaigns and map the behavior of online users, in addition to producing specific content for social networks.
On the other hand, those enrolled in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation course will have access to content aimed at stimulating creativity and developing projects that promote innovative solutions in the workplace.
Relationship between the course and Vale
Classes for both courses will be held in person at the Coronel Moreira da Silva Municipal School. Classes are scheduled to take place from Monday to Friday, from 18 pm to 22 pm.
Vale emphasizes that completion of the courses does not imply employment by the company, as the initiative is exclusively aimed at professional training.
Documents required for registration
Candidates must submit the following documents to register:
- Official document with photo (ID or driver's license);
- original CPF;
- Proof of address;
- Proof of education;
- Valid personal email;
- In the case of people with disabilities (PwD), it is necessary to present an updated medical report specifying the condition, to guarantee inclusion in the registration process. However, the company informs that the presentation of the report does not guarantee a reserved position or any type of preference in the selection process, as stipulated in current legislation (Law 13.146/15).
Objective of the initiative by mining company Vale and Senai
This project is part of the Job Market Preparation Program (PPMT), an initiative that aims to contribute to the socioeconomic development of the communities where Vale operates, expanding opportunities for employability and income generation.
Registration: ends TODAY September 18th
Registrations must be made in person by TODAY, Wednesday, September 18, at Rua Nilo Peçanha, 162. It is worth noting that classes begin on September 30, and the deadline to secure a place is limited, requiring interested parties to act quickly.
