SENAI Selection Process
The selection process for this position involves several stages to ensure that the selected candidates meet the requirements for the position. The first stage is a CV analysis, in which the candidates' experience and education will be assessed. Only the most aligned profiles will advance to the next stage, which consists of an interview with the Human Resources team, where behavioral skills and specific knowledge will be assessed.
After this stage, candidates must submit supporting documentation, followed by a technical interview with the area manager. At this stage, specific knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement will be analyzed. If approved, the candidate will undergo a medical examination and submit admission documents. The selection will be concluded with formal hiring.

Full Technical and Technological Services Analyst – Caxias do Sul/RS
The vacancy is intended for professionals in the industrial area who have experience with continuous improvement, process engineering, PPC/PPCPM, logistics or quality. The professional will be responsible for providing technical and technological services, conducting training, guiding internal and external clients, preparing reports and participating in the development of projects and programs in the area of activity. The work will be carried out at IST in Mechatronics, with a workload of 40 hours per week, from 08pm to 17pm, Monday to Friday.

Job Requirements
Candidates must have completed higher education in Administration, Automation, Quality Management, Industrial Production Management or related areas. Experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, process engineering, PPC/PPCPM, logistics or quality is required. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping, 5S Methodology, Equipment Efficiency (Availability, Performance and Quality) and Quick Tool Changeover (TRF) is also required. Candidates must have a category B driver's license and be available to travel.
