The bulk carrier Apogee Endeavor docked at the Port of Cabeledo, in Paraíba this week. Malt is an essential ingredient for the production of Ambev's beers

A large cargo of Malt from Ambev arrived at the Port of Cabedelo on Wednesday (26) on the ship Apogee Endeavor, flying the flag of Panama. He came from Uruguay and should finish unloading the 9.000 tons of raw material by the 28th of this month.

With the easing of socio-economic operations in the midst of the pandemic, Ambev is one of the installed companies that make the Brazilian economic wheel turn, including it is with more than 200 open job openings for young people looking for an internship at this time.

“We received the bulk carrier #ApogeeEndeavour this Wednesday, around 6 am, to unload 9.000 tons of malt at berth 107. ⠀The ship came from Uruguay ?? and should stay at the Port of Cabedelo for the next 72 hours, unloading the malt that will be sent to the Ambev company…” Said Gilmara Temóteo in a post on the social network.

About the Vessel – The bulk carrier Apogee Endeavour, Panama-flagged and manufactured in 2009, is 169 m long, 34 meters high and 27 meters wide.
