Suzuki's new motorcycle is being introduced to the Indian market in 2025. Meet the Suzuki V-Strom 250 sx, a model that is gaining prominence in India and could arrive here soon.

Suzuki has just launched the V-Strom 250 SX in India, a motorcycle that is already emerging as one of the most sought-after in its category, including among Brazilians. The manufacturer is keeping an eye on the domestic market and is evaluating the possibility of bringing this model to Brazil, although there is no official confirmation yet. In this article, we will explore all the details about the new Suzuki V-Strom 250 SX motorcycle, a motorcycle that has been gaining prominence in the competitive Indian market and attracting the attention of two-wheel enthusiasts around the world.

The Suzuki V-Strom 250 sx has been updated in India and now we have new colors, new graphics, more on-board technology and a new Suzuki bike that is worth checking out.

The model has just been released and is not even on Suzuki's website there. India, but you can already see here that we have a new color. The Suzuki V-Strom 250 sx continues with mixed-use tires, alloy wheels, traditional suspension and above this new red color.

The new Suzuki motorcycle continues with LED headlights, halogen taillights, a mid-screen, grip protection, and an air- and oil-cooled engine. The Suzuki V-Strom 250 sx comes equipped with a single-cylinder engine painted in black.

The model features a short exhaust, split seat, USB socket, digital dashboard, cell phone connection and integrated navigation. This way, the rider can put the cell phone in his pocket or backpack and use the arrows on the dashboard to guide him. The dashboard of the new Suzuki motorcycle is very complete, with a clock and all the functions of the motorcycle on its screen.

Suzuki's new motorcycle delivers 26 horsepower

In terms of specifications, the Suzuki V-Strom 250 SX has a single-cylinder engine with air and oil cooling. It has four valves, is a SOHC with a displacement of 249 cm and a compression ratio of 10,7 to 1, so it would do very well with gasoline here in Brazil. The torque is good, with 2.2 kg/m7300 at 26.5 RPM and 9300 horsepower at XNUMX RPM.

It's a slightly faster engine, where the rider doesn't have as much torque at low revs, but from 7000 RPM the bike wakes up and delivers all its power. We have the six-speed gearbox, making the new Suzuki bike ideal for riding on highways, giving the engine a break and becoming a very economical bike.

The tank is standard at just 12 L and the bike weighs 167 kg in curb weight. This makes it a light bike, the seat also won't scare shorter riders, at just 835 mm and the wheelbase at 1440 mm.

Brazilian market is not left out of Suzuki's plans

Even though this new Suzuki motorcycle will not arrive in Brazil for now, at least two new motorcycles should be launched by the brand this year. These are the GSX-S 1000 GX and GSX-8R models, which were presented at the Milan Motor Show in November and have already been confirmed for Brazil by J Toledo da Amazônia, which represents the brand here.

The GSX-S 1000 GX is a high-displacement crossover that uses the same engine as the GSX-S 1000 GT sports-tourer and the GSX-1000 Naked, which are already sold here. The GSX-8R is a faired version of the GSX-8S Naked, which is already sold here for R$51.500.

It would be great to have this bike in Brazil, it would be a competition, but an option to choose from.

Why don't all motorcycle manufacturers launch their products in Brazil first? Furthermore, the motorcycle models that have the same displacement that we Brazilians use are completely different from the motorcycles that are launched in India, China, etc. These motorcycles have better quality in everything, why don't we have the right?

Because we settle for poor quality motorcycles and pay a fortune.
