Available vacancies and courses
The two courses offered by UFSCar promise to add value to the careers of education professionals. Specialization in School Management e specialization in Deaf Education with a Bilingual Approach (Libras/Portuguese Language) are completely online and offer limited places.
In total, there are 450 free places, but registrations are made on a first-come, first-served basis, so it is important to secure your place as soon as possible.
Specialization in School Management
The first course is aimed at professionals with a degree who wish to work in the area of school management, deepening their knowledge about the administration of educational institutions.
Are 250 vacancies, distributed across five hubs located in the city of São Paulo and in Cubatão. Below are the hubs and the number of vacancies for each one:
- Cubatão: 50 vacancies
- Sao Paulo – Santa Lucrecia Garden: 50 vacancies
- Sao Paulo – Santa Teresa Garden: 50 vacancies
- Sao Paulo – Paraisopolis: 50 vacancies
- Sao Paulo – Veredas Park: 50 vacancies
Registration will be open from 10 to 12 September 2024, with a registration fee of R$ 50,00. Don't waste time, as vacancies will be filled according to the order in which applications are received!
Specialization in Deaf Education
Already Specialization in Deaf Education in Bilingual Approach (Libras/Portuguese Language) aims to train professionals capable of promoting inclusion and bilingualism in the school context.
With 200 vacancies available, the centers are distributed in different locations in São Paulo and Jaú. Check out the participating centers:
- Sao Paulo – CEU EMEF Gilberto Dupas: 40 vacancies
- Sao Paulo – CEU Casa Blanca: 40 vacancies
- Sao Paulo – UNICEU Sao Carlos Park: 40 vacancies
- Sao Paulo – CEU Navegante: 40 vacancies
- Jau: 40 vacancies
For this course, registrations take place between 09 and 11 September 2024, with a rate of R$ 50,00. The specialization offers two emphasis options:
- Bilingual Teaching in Early Childhood Education and the Initial Years of Elementary Education;
- Educational Translation and Interpretation.
Selection process
The selection process for both courses is simple and direct. According to UFSCar, there will be no tests or assessments. The selection will be based on the order in which candidates register. This means that the sooner you register, the greater your chances of securing a place!
Only the first ones 450 candidates with complete registrations will be called for the Specialization in School Management and the first 400 candidates to Specialization in Deaf Education.
