I'm graduating from a technical course, how do I register with my state's CRT?

First, you must have completed your technical course. Next, you need to access the CRT-RJ website (www.crtrj.gov.br), enter online services, and then professional registration. Fill out all the information on the form and attach scanned copies of the requested documentation: diploma and academic record of the technical course, identity, CPF, voter registration card and proof of electoral discharge, reservist certificate (for men) and proof of residence. In the next step, a bill of R$ 56,37 will be generated for the analysis fee. Once the payment has cleared, your documentation will be analyzed and a response will be sent within 25 working days.

I was registered with CREA, what now?

In most cases, the migration from CREA to CRT-RJ was done directly. Some professionals had problems and the registration came incomplete from CREA, or even was not sent to the CRT-RJ, which creates some difficulties. The orientation, in this case, is to seek our service channels to seek to regularize the situation. It is important to have the CREA card at hand, which serves to directly validate the diploma.
