Social commitment
The Chafariz Wind Complex in Paraíba brings benefits with several of Neoenergia's own initiatives. Among them is support for the Serra do Talhado Community Association of Black Louceiras, an entity formed by women from the Quilombola Community of Serra do Talhado Urbana, in Santa Luzia (PB), which produces clay items, such as pots and vases.

The support of the Paraíba took place in the reformulation of the visual identity, giving greater visibility to the work done by the artisans. Neoenergia's initiative generated several promotional materials with the new logo, including banners, business cards and letterhead, in addition to the entrepreneurship course to be held in 2021.
The professional qualification of residents is another socioeconomic commitment in which Neoenergia stands out. In January 2020, professional training courses were promoted for civil work activities, such as mason, carpenter, assembler and basic electrical work, in partnership with SENAI, to train local labor, focusing on future hiring in the project.
