New ESA public notice was launched this week with thousands of vacancies for candidates with complete high school who wish to join the Army.
This week, the notice of public tender ESA 2023/2024, which aims to train new sergeants next year. A Sergeant at Arms School has 1.095 opportunities for middle-level youth of both sexes who wish to join the Army. There are opportunities in several areas. Vacancies are aimed at those who have complete high school, with very attractive earnings.
Understand how vacancies in the ESA public tender are divided
The public notice with the rules of the ESA contest was disclosed in the Official Gazette of the Union this Friday (10). Of the total vacancies, 905 are for male candidates for the General or Aviation area, with 181 vacancies aimed at the black quota.
About 105 vacancies are for female candidates for the same sector, with 21 vacancies for the black quota. 55 are for candidates in the Health area, 11 of which are for blacks. The remaining 30 vacancies are for the music area, divided between the following instruments:

Those approved and appointed in the Sergeant Training and Graduation Course will be appointed as 3rd Sergeant. According to information from the CGU Transparency Portal, the initial remuneration is R$ 3.825.
Requirements required to apply for job openings
For those who wish to apply for opportunities of the public tender, it is necessary to have completed the secondary level. If you are still studying the last year of this school level, you will be allowed to enroll in the course if you can prove that you completed your schooling by the scheduled start date.
For the general area, a minimum age of 17 and a maximum of 24 years is required, and for the music and health area, a minimum age of 17 and a maximum of 26 years is required. Regarding height, male candidates must be at least 1,60 m, and this limitation does not apply to candidates up to 17 years of age, provided they have a minimum height of 1,57 m and specialized examination that reveals the possibility of growth. If female, the candidate must be at least 1,55 m tall.
Os Candidates from the music field must prove that they have the ability to play sheet music with the musical instrument corresponding to one of the suits covered, to be verified by taking the specific musical qualification exam of the Admission Competition.
Those in the Health sector must have completed the technical course in nursing or have a higher education in nursing by the date of their presentation at the Army Technological School Unit. It will be necessary to register with Coren.

Those interested in applying for vacancies in the ESA public tender must meet all the requirements, but also register online. The registration deadline will be from March 13th to April 26th and those interested must access the School of Sergeant of Arms website and fill out the entire registration form. However, registration confirmation will only be given after payment of the fee.
The cost is BRL 95 for all areas and genders, with exemption for minor children of former World War II combatants, disabled in action, low-income family members, bone marrow donors or enrolled in CadÚnico. The deadline will be March 13 to 17 to request the exemption.
