A revolution on wheels at the Paris 2024 Olympics: discover the vehicles that are catching everyone's attention!

Toyota, known for its innovation in the automobile sector, decided to surprise by taking on the role of official sponsor of the Paris 2024 Olympics.

What many didn't expect was that the automaker would not only provide a fleet of vehicles, but also bring models specially designed for the event.

It's not just about cars; the company developed mobility solutions for people with disabilities, highlighting its commitment to inclusion and sustainability.

This bold strategy from Toyota has made viewers wonder: what else is the Japanese giant preparing?

Right from the start, it is important to highlight that Toyota brought two models specially developed to improve accessibility during the Olympic Games.

The first is the APM (Accessible People Mover), a type of accessible transport vehicle, designed to facilitate the movement of athletes, spectators and employees, including those with reduced mobility.

According to information from Toyota, approximately 250 APM units are in operation in Paris, offering safe and efficient transport.

The second innovative model is the Wheelchair e-Puller, a device created to give more freedom of movement to People with Disabilities (PWDs).

Developed in partnership with Austrian mobility startup Klaxon, the e-Puller offers a range of 25 km, providing a unique mobility experience for users.

According to Toyota, this initiative is an important milestone in the search for a more inclusive and accessible society.

Toyota also took famous models

In addition to special vehicles, Toyota has made a considerable fleet of conventional cars with advanced propulsion technologies available for the Paris 2024 Olympics.

Among the highlighted models are the Mirai, the bZ4X, Proace, Proace Verso, RAV4 and the luxurious Lexus R.Z.

All of these vehicles are powered by electric, hybrid or, in the case of the Mirai, hydrogen, demonstrating the company's commitment to sustainability and reducing carbon emissions.

Many vehicles

Toyota's total fleet at the 2024 Olympics amounts to an impressive 2.650 vehicles, ensuring that event participants can travel efficiently and ecologically.

This movement is not only a demonstration of environmental responsibility, but also an excellent marketing strategy for the automaker, which gains visibility by associating its image with an event with global reach.

According to Toyota, this presence will also be maintained during the Paralympic Games, reinforcing its commitment to accessibility and inclusion.

Toyota has been an active advocate for sustainable mobility, and this initiative at the Paris 2024 Olympics is a reflection of its 'Mobility for All' philosophy.

According to the company, these special vehicles and the fleet of cars are a way to show the world the possibilities of a future where mobility is accessible and sustainable for everyone.

Toyota continues to invest in clean and affordable technologies, consolidating itself as a leader in the global automotive sector.
