This number reflects the significant interest of professionals in being part of one of the largest multimodal oil and oil products logistics companies in Latin America.
How many vacancies will be offered in the Transpetro 2023 public competition?
In the competition for the land staff, 26.351 registered for secondary level and 41.075 for higher level, competing for 154 vacancies.
The sea staff received 4.373 candidates to compete for 53 specific vacancies.

It is important to highlight that, in the land structure, 10% of vacancies are reserved for People with Disabilities (PWDs), doubling the legal percentage, and 20% for Black and Brown People.

The number of people enrolled in quota vacancies reveals Transpetro's commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in its workforce.
For the 20% of vacancies allocated to black candidates, 5.850 applications were registered for secondary level, 6.890 for higher education and 907 for maritime vacancies.
For the 10% of vacancies allocated to People with Disabilities, double the amount required by law, we have 409 candidates for secondary level, 792 for higher level and 46 for the sea board.
Transpetro 2023 competition exam date
The tests are scheduled for December 10th, under the responsibility of Cesgranrio Foundation.
Candidates will face assessments of basic and specific knowledge, varying according to emphasis and level of education.
The competition for the land board will involve tests in Portuguese, mathematics and specific knowledge, while the sea board will include physical assessments.
How much does a Transpetro employee earn?
Transpetro offers an attractive remuneration package and benefits for its employees.
Mid-level land professionals can count on a starting salary of R$5.563,90.
While those with higher education will receive R$12.739,70.
For seafaring personnel, the remuneration, including bonus, can reach R$ 15.410,02 for embarked positions, such as 2nd nautical officer or 2nd engineer officer.
