$1 Billion in the Making: Two Dubai Skyscrapers With Private Pools and a Sky Connection
The suspended pool connects the two skyscrapers and offers a unique experience of literally swimming in the sky. Exclusive to the rooftop, it is the symbol of luxury and innovation in the project’s design.

Scheduled for completion in 2027, the project includes 60 luxury apartments, all measuring over 6.500 square feet and featuring private pools, as well as a 3.200-square-foot penthouse connected by a cantilevered pool between the towers.

Dubai is about to make history again with the construction of a project that promises to redefine the concept of luxury: two skyscrapers connected by a suspended swimming pool. This new architectural landmark, called Regent Residences Dubai, is not just another development, but an experience of living between heaven and earth, surrounded by innovation and cutting-edge design.

Scheduled for completion in 2027, the project has already draws attention for its grandeur and exclusivity. But what makes this construction so special?

A skyline redefined by luxury construction

The 43-foot-long suspended pool is located hundreds of feet in the air between the two skyscrapers. It is only accessible to penthouse residents, who also have access to a private gym and panoramic views of the city.
The 43-foot-long suspended pool is located hundreds of feet in the air between the two skyscrapers. It is only accessible to penthouse residents, who also have access to a private gym and panoramic views of the city.

Regent Residences Dubai will consist of two 591-foot skyscrapers, with each floor housing just one apartment. This not only ensures privacy but also offers unparalleled panoramic views of the city. Imagine waking up to the Burj Khalifa in the background and watching the sunrise and sunset from your private balcony.

Inspired by water, the building reflects the surrounding marina. The façade of the buildings is like a waterfall, thanks to the private pools that adorn each unit, creating a sense of movement and fluidity. It is a perfect example of how design can interact with nature.

Apartments with private pool: The new standard of luxury in construction

The 60 luxury apartments in this development span over 6.500 square feet, each with its own balcony and pool. This feature makes the concept of an “urban oasis” a reality.

The penthouse — or “ultra-penthouse” — is the real cherry on the cake of the building. With 3.200 square meters, six bedrooms, a private gym and a sky pool that connects the towers, it redefines what exclusivity means.

Water Connection Between Towers: Connecting the Towers in Style

The suspended pool between the two buildings is more than just an architectural element; it is a symbol of boldness. Exclusive to penthouse residents, the pool offers a unique experience: literally swimming in the sky.

The other residents are no exception. In addition to their private pools, the development includes an 82-foot indoor pool, gyms, green areas and sophisticated living spaces.

Infrastructure and design designed for the future

The construction of Regent Residences Dubai will also feature 10 water villas, designed to appear to float on water. These “floating residences” are an extra touch of sophistication that reinforces the project’s relationship with the natural environment.

The development integrates shops and green areas into its base, creating a space that combines luxury, comfort and functionality. It is not just a building; it is a community designed for the future.

The price of exclusivity

Living in one of the apartments at Regent Residences Dubai is expensive, with prices starting at $10 million. While there’s no word on the price of the ultra-penthouse, it’s safe to say it’s going to be one of the most expensive properties in the area.

This project reinforces Dubai's status as the global epicenter of luxury construction, competing with ventures like The Link, famous for its infinity pool.
