For those interested in broadening their horizons with international training, a opportunity unmissable presents itself: Florida Atlantic University (FAU), located just 50 minutes from Miami, is offering scholarships of up to R$15 for Brazilians on short-term courses. The University of Florida programs, which will take place in July this year, cover areas as varied as innovation, international politics, the stock market, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Registration is open until February 29th.

It is important to highlight that short-term course classes are taught in English, from Monday to Thursday, full time. The training will be held between the 8th and 25th of July this year, totaling three weeks.

The University of Florida's scholarship programs are designed for students to develop a global network, as the classes are made up of professionals from all over the world. Another difference is visits to companies and lectures by local executives, providing a more extensive understanding of the international business scenario.

Additionally, all University of Florida short course programs include a Business English module. 27 class hours, designed for students to gain confidence and fluency in English, while mastering business communication skills, highly valued in today's competitive job market. Among the short-term courses offered by the University of Florida are:

  • Innovation Management in the digital age;
  • Stock Market and Investment Decisions;
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: economic and business perspectives;
  • International Political Scenario and business decisions.

The selection process is coordinated by the IBS Américas school and runs until February 29th. Those interested in signing up and competing for one of the scholarships and exemption from the US$90 registration fee, must go to the university's page, choose the desired degree and fill out the Application Form using the code STUDYOUT60.

The candidate's information will be analyzed by the program coordination and the result of the scholarship selection process will be informed by IBS Americas, by email or telephone, within one week after sending the form.
