The biggest problem with distance education is having to reside in the hub city.
I am a retired teacher with 13 years of experience in Distance Education (EAD). I was the Coordinator of the Etec IFSul de Minas Campus, a Campus in Três Pontas. I worked for 30 years at the Municipal Government of Três Pontas, where I worked as a teacher for 8 years and, for 22 years, as a Pedagogical Supervisor (Education Specialist). In addition, I worked at the Municipal Department of Education for 3 terms, acting as a Pedagogical Technician, responsible for Elementary Education throughout the Municipal Network.
I am very interested in the position of distance tutor and I believe that my experience in distance learning, as well as in elementary and higher education, could contribute significantly to distance learning courses in the State of Amazonas.
I have a Lattes CV that I can send, if necessary. However, I noticed in the notice that one of the criteria is to reside in the State of Amazonas. I would like to know if it would be possible to rectify this criterion, considering that this is Distance Education, which could allow the participation of candidates from other locations and expand the opportunities for selection.
