In RJ you can do it through CEDERJ. It is also similar to UNB, free and distance learning, with in-person exams at the centers. I am currently graduating in literature.

It was supposed to be a more inclusive distance learning program, since there is a UAB center in every part of the country, but certain courses are not offered everywhere. This way, anyone could apply from anywhere in the country and take the course if they were approved. Even with all the technology that exists, the action that calls itself inclusive is not that inclusive.
And don't say you can't, because you can, the technology at the hubs allows it, you just have to do it.
