The Federal Institute of Bahia (IFBA) announced the opening of 200 vacancies for the course of Lato Sensu Postgraduate Degree in Management for Professional and Technological Education (EPT), offered in the form the distance e free.

This initiative aims to train teaching professionals, especially those working in public education, providing them with updated skills and knowledge to face the challenges of contemporary educational management.
Course Objectives
With a 360 hour workload distributed throughout 18 months, the course's main focus is improving management practices in Professional and Technological Education.
The pedagogical proposal includes theoretical reflections and practical activities, emphasizing the importance of a democratic and participatory management in educational institutions.
The activities will be conducted in a virtual learning environment, providing flexibility to the participants.
However, they are expected mandatory face-to-face meetings in support centers, intended for assessments, practical classes and seminars.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply, you must have undergraduate degree in any area, issued by an institution recognized by the MEC.
The course is aimed primarily at professionals in the teaching of Basic Education who act in public education systems, especially in the area of management of professional and technological education.
Additionally, candidates must have regular access to a computer with internet and basic computer skills, as well as availability to participate in face-to-face meetings at selected locations.
Selection process schedule
- Registration period: 12/02/2025 to 26/02/2025
- Publication of the preliminary result of the approval of applications: 06 / 03 / 2025
- Deadline for filing appeals regarding approval: 07/03/2025 and 08/03/2025
- Publication of the result of the evaluation of appeals against approval: 10 / 03 / 2025
- Publication of the preliminary result of the analysis of professional experience: 11 / 03 / 2025
- Deadline for filing appeals regarding the analysis of professional experience: 12/03/2025 and 13/03/2025
- Publication of the final result of the curriculum analysis: 14 / 03 / 2025
- Period of heteroidentification and biopsychosocial examinations: 17/03/2025 to 19/03/2025
- Results of the heteroidentification and biopsychosocial panels: 20 / 03 / 2025

A final classification will be based on score obtained in the analysis of professional experience. In the event of a tie, the tiebreaker criteria defined in the notice will be applied.
