100 vacancies open for the free distance learning course from the Federal Institute-IFSULDEMINAS in robotics and active methodologies. Certification at the end!
The Federal Institute of the South of Minas Gerais (IFSULDEMINAS) has open for subscriptions for the free online extension course (EAD) in Active Methodologies and Educational Robotics. This course, detailed in Notice No. 64/2024, aims to train teachers and education professionals in innovative pedagogical practices, with a focus on active methodologies and technological tools. 100 places are offered for this initial and continuing education (FIC), which promises to improve educational practice and qualify participants for the use of educational technology.
The free online course (EAD) aims to train teachers to use methodologies integrated with technological tools, strengthening pedagogical practice with new resources. With a total workload of 40 hours, the course will be conducted entirely in distance learning (EaD), allowing flexibility for participants. During the training, students will participate in activities such as lectures, discussion forums, seminars and a final project, where they will be able to apply the knowledge acquired.

In total, 100 places are offered for the free online course (EAD), which will be conducted by the Machado Campus of IFSULDEMINAS. Selection processes and participation criteria
The selection of candidates will be made by registration order, that is, the first 100 valid applications will be selected for the course. If the vacancies are not filled, the notice provides for the reopening of applications. There are no specific vacancies reserved for quotas or affirmative actions, but the process ensures equal conditions for people with disabilities.
Course Registration Requirements
To participate, candidates must have a CPF, a valid email address, internet access and the necessary technological resources to attend classes. In addition, the course is open to teachers from public and private schools throughout Brazil, as well as professionals and students in the education field interested in improving their skills with educational technologies.

- Fundamentals of Active Methodologies - 10 hours
- Tools Applied to Active Methodologies - 10 hours
- Educational Robotics with Arduino - 10 hours
