This selection will be carried out through a Simplified Selection Process (PSS), with registrations open until the day April 25th 2025.

The Brazilian Army offers an alternative form of entry, without the need for a traditional public exam.

This selection process is aimed at people who have a diploma from technical courses recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC):. Registrations can be made exclusively on the official website of the 2nd RM, no fees charged.

What are the requirements to participate in the selection?

Those interested in participating in the PSS must meet some specific requirements established in the notice. To register, the candidate must:

  • Be no older than 40 years, 11 months and 29 days old on the date of incorporation;
  • Be Brazilian, born or naturalized;
  • Have a degree in completion of technical course, recognized by the the Ministry of Education (MEC):.

Important: diplomas from higher education or postgraduate courses will not be accepted. that are not specifically related to the areas of Business Administration ou Nursing.

In other words, only those who have completed the required technical courses will have access to the selection process.

Stages of the Simplified Selection Process (PSS)

The PSS will be divided into several stages, and the selection will take place in person and electronically, as detailed below:

  • Step I – Registration and Enrollment: Registration will be carried out online, on the 2nd RM website, from April 07th to 25th, 2025;
  • Stage II – Documentation Assessment: It will be done in person to confirm that the documents presented are correct and complete;
  • Stage III – Complementary Heteroidentification (HC): Identity verification phase to ensure the authenticity of the information;
  • Stage IV – Health Inspection (IS): The candidate's health will be assessed according to the standards required by the Army;
  • Stage V – Physical Fitness Exam (EAF): Physical assessment to ensure that the candidate has the necessary stamina for Army duties;
  • Stage VI – Designation: Stage where candidates are assigned to the operating units;
  • Stage VII – Complementary Selection: The final selection will be made based on a complete analysis of the candidates' data and performance.

Physical Fitness Exam: challenges and requirements

O Physical Aptitude Exam (EAF) will be one of the decisive moments for the candidates.
It will be held over two consecutive days and will have the following minimum requirements:

For men:

  • Push-ups: 10 repetitions;
  • Abdominal crunches: 20 repetitions;
  • Continuous running (12 minutes): 1.800 meters.

For women:

  • Push-ups: 6 repetitions;
  • Abdominal crunches: 14 repetitions;
  • Continuous running (12 minutes): 1.600 meters.

The physical fitness stage is one of the biggest challenges for candidates, as it requires endurance and adequate physical preparation.
Therefore, it is essential that interested parties prepare in advance to ensure their success at this stage of the process.

The selection process is aimed at those who have technical training in the areas of Business Administration e Nursing.
The vacancies available are:

  • Administration Technician;
  • Nursing Technician.
