Located in the municipality of Dracena, state of São Paulo, the photovoltaic (PV) complex consists of three plants of 30 MWp each that were brought online in August 2019. The plant, built at a total cost of BRL 350 million (US$74,1 .280 million / EUR), was funded with BRL 17 million in funds from the issuance of infrastructure debentures with a maturity of over XNUMX years. The debentures were acquired by Kinea Investimentos, in a negotiation coordinated by BNP Brasil and XP Investimentos.
The three projects were secured in a 2014 tender held by Aneel, Brazil's energy sector regulator, and have a 20-year PPA with the Brazilian Energy Chamber of Commerce (CCEE).

So far, Total Eren has built a portfolio of 300 MW of operating and under construction assets in Brazil. It has two wind farms under construction in Rio Grande do Norte, Terra Santa with 92,3 MW and Maral with 67,5 MW, which will be activated in the fourth quarter of 2020.
“Brazil offers very promising opportunities in wind and solar energy and we are convinced that this diversification will be fundamental for our sustained growth in the country”, said Pierre-Emmanuel Moussafir, director of Total Eren Brasil.
