Caixa offers 10 scholarships in a new program for women in AI and technology, focusing on inclusion and training in the digital sector.

Caixa Econômica Federal is launching a program of scholarships for women who want to delve deeper into technology and artificial intelligence (AI). The scholarship program, in partnership with the DIO platform, offers 10 places for an intensive course focused on AI and technology, aiming to train women and promote inclusion in the digital sector. The program “Bootcamp: Coding The Future CAIXA: Generative AI with Microsoft Copilot” was developed to train participants in technology, AI and their practical applications.

About the Caixa program

Caixa highlights that the program scholarships is open to women from all over Brazil, with no requirement for training or previous experience in technology, allowing beginners to also sign up.

The focus of the program is to ensure that all participants acquire fundamental knowledge about AI, technology and how they can be applied in the real world.

By offering these scholarships, Caixa aims to strengthen the female presence in the areas of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), areas in which the inclusion of women is still a challenge.

The Fellowship Program: AI and Technology Training

The scholarships da Caixa offers intensive training in AI and technology, focusing on developing practical skills for working with artificial intelligence.

Participants will learn how to use AI and technology tools efficiently, developing applications using the low code method, which is a simplified way of creating technological solutions without the need for advanced coding.

Throughout the scholarship program, participants will have access to live classes, hands-on challenges, and mentoring with technology and AI experts.

The course is structured to take participants from basic to advanced levels, covering the main AI concepts and techniques and how to use them in the development of innovative applications.

The scholarships also include the opportunity to learn how to work with generative AI, a hot area in technology today.

Caixa program objective: inclusion and strengthening of female technology

The Caixa program not only offers scholarships, but also aims to include women in the technology market.

With scholarships, Caixa seeks to ensure that more women work in the areas of AI, science and technology, contributing to the reduction of gender inequality in the IT sector.

By investing in training women with scholarships in AI and technology, Caixa also helps combat the shortage of qualified professionals in Brazil.

With scholarships in technology and AI, Caixa strives to train talent with specific skills for the job market.

Registration for the program scholarships are open until December 4th, and the course is completely free.

Women from all over Brazil can register to participate in the program through DIO website, regardless of your background or previous experience in technology.

Upon completing the program offered by Caixa, all participants will receive a certificate and have their resumes included on the Talent Match platform, which connects recent graduates with employers in the technology and AI sector.
