Positions and courses offered

The selection process includes different levels of work for teacher trainers I and II and tutors, who will be distributed between postgraduate and undergraduate courses in areas such as:

Postgraduate degree in Teaching in Professional and Technological Education
Postgraduate Degree in Distance Education in Professional and Technological Education
Postgraduate degree in Management in Professional and Technological Education
Postgraduate degree in Education, Diversity and Social Inclusion
Postgraduate Studies in Nature Conservation Strategies
Bachelor's Degree in Public Management Technology

These courses They cover a variety of topics essential to current education and seek to train qualified professionals for the academic field and public management.

Remuneration at the Federal Institute

The scholarships offered vary according to the position and the candidate's experience. Below are the amounts offered for each position:

Training Teacher I: R$1.850,00, requiring at least three years of experience in higher education.
Training Teacher II: R$1.550,00, requiring a minimum of one year of experience in higher education.
Tutor: R$1.100,00, requiring at least one year of experience in basic or higher education teaching.

It is important to note that, according to the IFMS, the value of the scholarships may be updated according to new institutional guidelines. This salary adjustment is essential to maintain competitiveness and ensure compliance with the needs of the distance education market.

Employment relationship and working conditions

Those selected for these positions will act as service providers and will not have a formal employment relationship with IFMS. According to the institution, this flexible contract characteristic allows termination without prior notice, meeting the administrative needs of IFMS.

Selection process and publication of results

If our country were fair, all the guy would have to do was say he was a politician with a mandate. If he didn't fulfill 51% of his campaign promises, the government should have gone straight to hell, no appeal, no bail.
Professors should have more prestige in this country, they are the ones who provide the basis for doctors, lawyers, engineers, our country is wonderful, Brazilians are hard-working warriors, but Brazilian politicians are dishonest, unfair and below mediocre. Teachers in our country should have tax exemptions and be encouraged to do their best, not to give up on the profession...
