Vacancies for tutors in the Fiocruz distance learning course
The selection process aims to fill vacancies for the specialization course in “Permanent Education: Health and Education in an Integrative Perspective”, offered by the Sérgio Arouca National School of Public Health (ENSP), one of Fiocruz's most important institutes.
In total, 16 vacancies are open, half for permanent positions and half for substitutes.
The monthly grant offered to effective tutors is R$1.850, as established by CAPES Ordinance No. 309, of September 2024, but substitutes only receive the amount if they take up an effective position.

Who can apply?
To apply for these vacancies, it is necessary to meet some important prerequisites.
Candidates must have a college degree in health or education., in addition to postgraduate studies, whether stricto sensu (master's or doctorate) or lato sensu (specialization).
Another crucial point is the minimum of one year's experience in higher education, especially in distance learning, as well as practice in supervising academic work.
Interested parties must also have 20 hours available per week to carry out course activities, including 4 hours per day dedicated to monitoring students.

Interested parties have until 16pm on the day November 14th, 2024 to register for the selection process, which must be done exclusively online through the ENSP website.
Applications submitted after the deadline or by other means will not be accepted. The selection process will be divided into two main stages:
Document Analysis: at this stage, Fiocruz will evaluate the academic background and teaching experience of candidates, considering a minimum performance of 7,0 for the candidate to move on to the next stage.
Remote Interview: scheduled to take place between December 9th and 12th, 2024, the interview will be conducted online and will aim to deepen the understanding of the candidates' profile and their skills to perform the role of tutor-teacher.
The release of the final results is scheduled for the day December 20, 2024.
