ACCIONA ACADEMY is now open for registration until December 31st
ACCIONA – leader in providing regenerative solutions for a decarbonized economy and active in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors – has just launched ACCIONA ACADEMY in Brazil, a program for university students who will enter their penultimate year of graduation in early 2022. The idea is that 20 students can have their first contact with the professional world in a company that invests in sustainable development.

The program is aimed at Engineering students (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Environmental), Psychology, Administration, Finance, Law, Marketing, Social Work and related areas, residents of greater São Paulo, who will start their penultimate year of college in February 2022, have proficiency in English, good extracurricular and academic curriculum. ACADEMY participants will have priority in the selection process for the company's 2022 Intern Program.

Learning diversification with ACCIONA ACADEMY
ACCIONA ACADEMY consists of carrying out activities such as: workshops training in key skills (communication, leadership, teamwork, agile methodologies, digitization, negotiation, etc.), networking with company specialists and even orientation sessions.
The program is part of ACCIONA's strategy for attracting young talent, already consolidated in other countries where the company operates, such as Spain, Chile and Australia. In 2021, within this framework, the ACCIONA Intern Program was launched in Brazil, which hired more than 20 young university students to work at the company's headquarters and in the works on Line 6-Orange of the São Paulo subway, most of them women, in line with one of the company's ESG pillars – diversity.

About ACCIONA ACADEMY
The ACCIONA ACADEMY program is an intensive two-week training course, in face-to-face format, which provides the necessary tools to increase the employability of participants.
During the two weeks, activities such as: workshops training in key skills (communication, leadership, teamwork, agile methodologies, digitization, negotiation, etc.), networking with experts from ACCIONA, orientation sessions, among others.
