Prerequisites for participating in the Coca-Cola Trainee Program
To apply for the Coca-Cola Solar Trainee Program, you must:
- Higher Education: Graduation in any course (bachelor's, licentiate or technologist) between December 2021 and December 2024 .
- Availability for In-Person Work: The intern must reside or be willing to relocate to Fortaleza (CE), Cuiaba (MT) or Maceio (AL). The program offers moving assistance for candidates who need to travel to another city.

Selection process steps
The selection process consists of three main steps:
- Registration and online trail: From 25/11/2024 to 08/01/2025, candidates must complete the initial process on the portal.
- Dynamics and interviews: In January 2025, interaction and evaluation stages will be carried out.
- Final Pitch with leaders: Finalists will participate in in-person presentations at Fortaleza (CE), at the beginning of February 2025.
Those approved will be announced later in February 2025, starting immediately.
