The steel wire producer has job vacancies open for mid-level and internships
Belgo Bekaert, the largest steel wire producer in Latin America, has 85 jobs available in Itaúna (MG). Those interested in applying must have completed high school, be over 18 years old, and be available to work in shifts, according to the production company's demand. CBA (Companhia Brasileira de Alumínio) also opened job vacancies, but for its internship program, at the company. The vacancies are for the Alumínio (SP), São Paulo (SP), Itapissuma (PE), Poços de Caldas (MG) and Miraí (MG) units. Interested parties may apply until February 14 at the recruitment platform.

For this year, there will be approximately 70 job openings directed at talents studying in the areas of Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Mechanics, Production, Electrical, Metallurgical, Mechatronics, Mining and Energy), Administration, Economics, Logistics, Foreign Trade, Psychology and Law. The selection process will be 100% online and supported by Eureca. After enrolling, young people will undergo the digital assessment stage, in which they will receive personalized tests and will be identified according to the profiles with the greatest adherence to the CBA Culture Axes and the specificities of the opportunities.
After that, classified candidates will participate in the panel phase (group dynamics) and interviews, with the participation of the DHO team and CBA managers. If approved, they move on to the targeting and hiring stages. The status of all selective phases can be consulted on the platform, automating the dynamics of returns and follow-up.
