- Continuous Improvement Analyst
The Continuous Improvement Analyst vacancy requires a degree in engineering, shipbuilding or related fields. In addition, training in Production Engineering and Green Belt certification is valued.
For this role, skills in agile methodologies, 5s, Lean Manufacturing and fluency in the Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint) are essential. An interest in digitization and communication skills and teamwork will be considered differentials.
- Maintenance electrician
The position of Maintenance Electrician requires a high school diploma and a technical course in Electrotechnics. Experiences in the areas of automation control, PLC programming and automotive electrical will be evaluated. Functions include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities, assembly, repair and testing of components and electrical equipment.
- Planning Analyst - Mechanics
For the position of Planning Analyst – Mechanics, training in Engineering, Technologist or similar areas is required. Experience of more than 3 years in Planning, Programming and Production Control is mandatory, as well as advanced fluency in English.
Experience in testing and commissioning activities, domain in the Office package (with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), advanced knowledge in VBA and Power BI, and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams are prerequisites. Knowledge in MS Project and experience in the Naval Industry will be considered differentials.
- Naval Carpenter
For the position of Naval Carpenter, prior experience in the area and complete Elementary School is required. Ability to read drawings and sketches, knowledge of markers and measuring instruments, as well as having knowledge of dimensions and scale are fundamental technical requirements. Additional knowledge such as perspective drawing and experience in shipbuilding is desirable.
- Naval Piping Coordinator (Manufacturing)
For the position of Naval Piping Coordinator (Manufacturing), it is necessary to have a degree in Mechanical, Naval, Production or related engineering. It is desirable that the candidate has a graduate degree. Proven experience in team management and technical knowledge in naval piping pre-commissioning are prerequisites, as well as intermediate level English.
Experience in shipbuilding, especially in the piping sector, will be considered a significant asset.
- Continuous Improvement Engineer
The position of Continuous Improvement Engineer requires a complete higher education in engineering, shipbuilding or related areas, with training in Production Engineering or related areas being desirable, in addition to Green Belt certification.
Knowledge in agile methodologies, 5s and Lean Manufacturing is required, as well as mastery of the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Having an affinity for digitization implementation and communication and teamwork skills are a must.
