The Centro de Ensino Tecnológico Institute (Centec), alongside the State Secretariat for Science, Technology and Higher Education (Secitece), opened this Monday (2) more than 1 vacancies in ten free distance learning courses for initial and continuing education for the state of Ceará. Online classes are expected to start on August 9th.

1.080 vacancies in free courses in Ceará

Although Centec has several Vocational Centers in 11 municipalities: Fortim, Ipu, Jucás, Maracanaú, Beberibe, Itaiçaba, Granja, Campo Sales, Acaraú, Santa Quitéria and Brejo Santo, candidates from all over the state of Ceará will be able to participate in the vacancies, taking into account given that the courses will take place in the EAD modality, with the mediation of professors.

NOTE: It is worth noting that all these courses will last 40h/class, with the exception of “Python: Algorithms and Programming Logic” which will have 60h/class.

How to enroll in Centec's free distance learning courses

Enrollment for the free EAD courses must be carried out on the Centec website by this Tuesday (3rd) or until all vacancies are filled. People over the age of 16 and in a situation of socioeconomic vulnerability, such as beneficiaries of the Mais Infância Card, unemployed or who have an income equal to or less than one minimum wage per month, can participate in the free courses.

About the Results

It is worth mentioning that, as the classes take place in the distance learning modality, it is necessary that candidates have some electronic device with internet access, such as a computer, cell phone or notebook.

The list of students approved in Centec's free distance learning courses in Ceará will be released on Friday (6th) on the institution's website, mentioned above. Soon after, as in other selection processes, the professors will contact the candidates via email to provide the necessary information about the courses.
