Starting a new stage, today (8), registrations open for the long-awaited competition from the Environmental Company of the State of São Paulo (CETESB). The search for talent promises significant opportunities for mid- and senior levels. The Carlos Chagas Foundation (FCC) is responsible for organizing the event, which will accept registrations until January 31st.
Fees and Benefits for Various Candidate Profiles for the CETESB Competition
The registration fee is R$55 for mid-level positions and R$90 for those with higher education. It is worth noting that blood donors can request exemption from the fee. Furthermore, there is a 50% reduction for candidates who are simultaneously enrolled students and have a monthly salary of less than two minimum wages or are unemployed. Requests for exemption and reduction must be submitted from January 8th to 12th.

The CETESB competition offers 54 vacancies for secondary and technical levels, and 170 for higher education, including the creation of a reserve register for both levels. Starting salaries vary from R$5.027,95 for mid-level and technical positions R$10.767,64 for environmental analysts in Engineering and Chemistry courses.

According to the notice, the selection process will include objective tests for all positions, and candidates for higher-level positions will also undergo discursive tests.
The CETESB Competition tests are scheduled for March 17, 2024, in several cities in São Paulo, including Araçatuba, Bauru, Campinas, São Paulo, among others. Tests for mid-level and technical positions will take place in the morning, while higher-level positions will be assessed in the afternoon.
Candidates will face 150 questions covering Basic and Specific Knowledge, with a discursive test for higher-level positions, consisting of an essay. This is a decisive step for anyone looking to join CETESB, a unique opportunity for professional growth.
