TACF for FAB temporary vacancies

The Physical Conditioning Assessment Test for temporary vacancies in the Brazilian Air Force aims to measure and evaluate individual standards of resistance and physical vigor, to be achieved and demonstrated by the volunteers participating in this Selection Process, which will serve as a parameter to assess whether the The volunteer has the necessary conditions to withstand the physical demands to which he will be subjected during the internship.

The test consists of a trunk flexion test on the thighs (25 repetitions for men and 15 for women) and a flexion test, extension of the upper limbs with forward support on the ground (13 repetitions for men and 9 women) and a 12-minute run.
