With the aim of competing with more refined models, Chevrolet's compact SUV also presented mechanical improvements in relation to traditional 1.0 engines.

The compact SUV was the first (and only) car that originated in GPiX project, a conceptual compact SUV that, according to Chevrolet, would give rise to a series of models to operate in various categories.

Entirely developed in Brazil, the GPiX had bold lines full of personality that the automaker sought to replicate in the production car, but without the same boldness and futuristic elements, so as not to increase costs.

In this way, the model featured exaggerated lines and without much harmony, which was one of the main reasons for its failure in the national market. The front features large double-reflector headlights with an equally large front grille divided into two segments.

Find out the main strengths and weaknesses of the 2014 Chevrolet Agile

The used compact SUV has one of the largest trunks in the history of Brazilian compacts and, in addition, manages to please by offering great interior space. It can be used as a family car without any problems.

Furthermore, it has great standard items for its category, which makes it a great option on the used market. The 1.4 engine is more than well known on the market, helping to make the maintenance routine of the Chevrolet Agile LTZ much cheaper and easier.

However, the model also has weaknesses and among them is the market, as the Chevrolet Agile It didn't last long because of Onix, a much more modern project that pleased the public more.

Another disadvantage is its design, as the external lines were not convincing and this scared away many potential customers. The facelift introduced in 2013 (as the 2014 line) improved a lot, but it was too late to save the model.
