Cielo, a company that operates in the payments sector, announced that it will open thousands of home office and face-to-face job openings for candidates from several states, check out the details below.

Cielo, a payment company, announced this Monday (7th) that it is looking for new talent in the sales and plans to hire up to XNUMX employees to strengthen the commercial sector. According to Filipe Oliveira, Cielo's financial vice-president, the company seeks to increase its presence in retail and, for this to be possible, it will invest in the commercial part in the coming months.

Understand how Cielo's job offer will work

According to Oliveira, the company's hiring will be done in phases, where the first of them will include up to 400 vacancies. The sales force currently has 2.500 employees, and Oliveira predicts that investments in hiring will have an impact in the coming quarters.

Estanislau Bassols, executive president of Cielo, says that, from April to June, there was a turning point for the company, which motivated a transformation and the resumption of investments.

These new talents will be distributed in the Bradesco and Banco do Brasil, the company's largest shareholders. Bassols points out that the hiring strategy was already being analyzed in recent months and will now be put into practice, after showing good results, strengthening Cielo's commercial part.
