Cielo has hundreds of vacancies open in courses aimed at training new IT professionals. 60 Bootcamp Cielo participants will be hired at the end of the program.

Cielo, a major payment method company in the country and in Latin America, entered into a partnership with Ada, a technology training company, to promote the Bootcamp Cielo Dev, exclusive program for IT professionals.

The company's initiative aims to develop 125 professionals in the Web Full Stack, Back-End and Front-End sectors, with the possibility of hiring up to 60 students after the end of the bootcamp.

The bootcamp for the area of Back End will be 60 hours long and will address topics such as Web Programming II, Security fundamentals for applications, Software Architecture and Agile II, Cloud Services (AWS), among others.

O Front End, with a duration of 60 hours, it aims to address the Front End Framework II (Angular or React), Software Architecture and Agile II, Web Programming III and Automated Testing I and, finally, the Full Stack Web, also with 60 hours, will address topics such as Web Programming II, Cloud Services (AWS), Front End Framework II (Angular or React) and CI and CD Pipelines. 

Those interested in participating in the vacancies of the Cielo bootcamp must be within the prerequisites required by the company, namely: experience in programming equivalent to a full or senior level and availability for hybrid work in Alphaville (SP).

O Cielo selection process, in partnership with Ada, will have 3 distinct and eliminatory phases, namely the Tech Aptitude Test, Bootcamp and Individual Interviews and Case Resolution.

Applications will be open until the 22nd of August. Those who meet the requirements must apply through the Ada Tech website. Bootcamp Cielo Dev, which takes place from September 25th to October 6th, is a chance for IT professionals to develop their technical skills in practice, in an innovative environment guided by renowned market specialists.

In addition, with the aim of encouraging more diverse spaces, 30% of the initiative's vacancies will be dedicated to self-declared black or brown people and 30% to women.

Because of this, investment in training initiatives becomes essential for the generation of disruptive technologies that have a real impact on business.

Details of the Bootcamp Cielo selection process

O Aptitude Test, which must be taken online, will have 30 questions in multiple choice format with only 1 correct answer. This test is for individual use. Any participant who discloses it, or performs it in a group, will be immediately eliminated from the process.

A case resolution consists of group dynamics to analyze soft cognitive skills, adherence to the company's culture and interpersonal skills, at which time the partner company will be able to monitor the aforementioned dynamics. Those with the best scores in Phase Two, according to the criteria Logical Reasoning, Communication Skills and Teamwork, will move on to the next Phase.

Finally, the third stage is composed by Bootcamp and One-on-One Interviews, Participants who have been selected to participate in the Bootcamp will be notified by 14/09/2023.

Eligible participants who do not get in touch by the 17th, or who indicate that they are not interested in Bootcamp, will give their spot to the next approved participants. It is important to highlight that the candidate will not have technical support during the stages, since the resolution of the proposed challenges is part of the Selection Process.
